This Portal (including any and all websites, mobile phone applications, features, other applications and related services) (the “Portal”) is owned by LeadinHealth Sdn Bhd (Registration No.: 1166253-P), a company limited by shares incorporated under the Companies Act 2016 of Malaysia (“Company” or “we” or “us”).
The Company provides services relating to wellness and health learning, services and lifestyle & disease management on the Portal and/or such other services as the Company may introduce from time to time (the “Services”). Our Services are subject to the terms and conditions.
The portal does not intend to replace the relationship between doctors and patients. If you have any emergency, you are advised to visit your doctors and healthcare professionals immediately.
1. USE OF THE PORTAL
1.2. We reserve the right at all times (but not an obligation) to remove or refuse to distribute any content on the Portal, to suspend or terminate you and/or your registered account on the Portal (your “Account”), and to reclaim your Account without any liability to us. We also reserve the right to access, read, preserve, and disclose any information as we reasonably believe is necessary to:
(a) satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request;
(c) detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, illegal activities, security or technical issues;
(d) respond to user support requests; or
(e) protect the rights, property or safety of the Company, other users of the Portal and the public.
1.4. We do not guarantee that the Portal will be compatible with all hardware and software which you may use. We shall not be liable for any damage to, viruses or other codes that may affect, any computer or communication devices, software, data or other property as a result of your access to or use of the Portal.

By using this Portal, you agree and consent to the Company appointed service providers’ and partners’ transmission, collection, maintenance, processing and use of your location data to provide you with the requested services. The location data is collected in a form that personally identifies you and/or your devices.
2.1. You must be over eighteen (18) years of age to register, access or use the Portal.
2.3. Save and except for information or data which does not personally identifies you, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, all information or data submitted to the Company via this Portal shall be deemed and remain the property of the Company and the Company shall be free to use, for any purpose, any idea, concepts, know-how or techniques contained in information you provide the Company through this site.
3. PASSWORD AND SECURITY
3.1. You must keep your username and password for your Account and for the access and use of this Portal as strictly confidential and must not disclose it or share it with anyone, in order to prevent fraud and/or breach of confidentiality. If you know or suspect that your password has been compromised, you should immediately notify us by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org immediately.
3.2. If the Company has reason to believe that there is likely to be a breach of security or misuse of the Portal, we may require you to change your password or suspend your Account.
3.3. You also agree not to misuse or abuse this Portal and the services within the Portal, or to hack or otherwise attempt to gain unauthorised access into this Portal and the services within the Portal and/or disrupt the security of its resources. If at any time you discover or suspect the occurrence of any of these activities, you are required to notify us immediately and any failure or delay in so doing may lead you to also be held liable for the same.
3.4. The Company shall not liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with any unauthorised access to your Account by any third party, save and except where such unauthorised access was due to any wilful default, negligence, or omission attributed to the Company.

4.1. 4.6. If you believe in good faith that any of the content, materials and information on the Portal infringes your copyright, you may send us a notice requesting that we remove the infringing content, material, or information.

The Company is not responsible for the accuracy or availability of any content and services on any third party website or links that are outside of the Portal.

5.4. You may not create a link to this Portal from another website or service without the Company’s prior written permission, and the Company reserves the right to request from you, and you agree to promptly comply with the request, for the removal of any such link to this Portal.

You may not create any advertising or links to advertising from another website or service within this Portal without the Company’s prior written permission, and the Company reserves the right to request from you, and you agree to promptly comply with the request, for the editing or removal of any such advertising content or advertising link in this Portal.

6.1. While we endeavour to ensure that all information including those on products and services offered on the Portal are fair and accurate, we do not guarantee or provide any warranty as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information and materials found or offered on this Portal for any particular purpose.
